As part of the ongoing Highlands Park development, Crest Nicholson is set to provide a brand-new community building, designed to serve as a valuable asset to Henley-on-Thames. The Town Council is now considering whether it should take ownership and management of the building, and if so, how best to utilise the space for the benefit of the local community.

The proposed building's external design has already been finalised, but the interior layout remains flexible and can be adapted depending on the intended use of the building. The Town Council is keen to involve local residents in this important decision-making process, ensuring the building meets the needs and aspirations of the community.

To help inform this process, a consultation has been launched to gather views from Henley residents. This consultation will help determine not only whether the Town Council should take on the responsibility of managing the building, but also what types of activities and services the community would like to see housed within it.

The initial design for the building is available to view HERE, and feedback on the potential uses of the space will be welcomed from all members of the community.

If you would like to share your thoughts or learn more about the plans, please take part in the consultation and have your say on how this exciting new resource could best serve Henley.
